Fullstack Developer – Join Us in Building the Platform of the Future

Availy is developing a next-generation growth platform for booking, resource management, payments, and automation. Together with strong industry owners and ambitious investors, we are now building a new company (“Newco”) with international growth ambitions.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who wants to do more than just write code. You will have a significant influence on technology choices, architecture, and product development, while remaining hands-on with the codebase every day.

What You’ll Do

• •Take technical ownership of the continued development of the platform.
• •Design and implement scalable architecture to support the next phase of growth.
• •Develop frontend and backend solutions in close collaboration with the team.
• •Drive high standards of quality through effective development processes, testing, and code reviews.
• •Explore and implement AI-powered solutions that deliver greater value to our customers and business.
• •Work closely with product, business, and commercial teams to translate needs into effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• •Experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally with experience in a technical leadership or coordinating role.
• •Strong skills in HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, EF Core, and unit testing.
• •Experience with React/TypeScript for component-based and modular development.
• •A solid understanding of SQL databases (MS SQL Server) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• •Hands-on experience using AI tools in software development. You are AI-savvy and actively leverage AI to improve both speed and quality.
• •Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, or the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
• •A customer-focused and proactive mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Norwegian is a plus.
• •A structured yet creative approach, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
