About us WorkID is a product where we're already reshaping how companies hire. Candidates build a verified professional profile: confirmed identity, verified work experience and references. Recruiters and hiring teams get to real, checked talent faster, with less guesswork. We're an early-stage startup with a small, hands-on team. The role

You'll own how WorkID reaches and wins customers: tech companies, recruitment agencies, in-house talent teams and HR-focused businesses. This isn't a role with a ready-made playbook. You'll help write it, working directly with the founders and the product team, and what you hear from customers will shape what we build next. What you'll do

• Find, qualify and close new B2B customers, from first outreach to signed deal • Build and manage the pipeline: prospecting, demos, follow-ups, negotiation • Develop partnerships with recruitment agencies, HR platforms and other channels • Test different outreach approaches (email, LinkedIn, events) and double down on what works • Bring customer feedback back to the product team and help prioritise it • Help set up the basics of our sales process: CRM, messaging, pricing conversations What we're looking for

• A proven track record in sales or business development, with deals you've closed yourself • Excellent spoken and written English. You'll be pitching, negotiating and writing every day • You're comfortable with ambiguity and like building things from scratch • You're self-driven and organised, and you follow through without needing to be chased • You communicate clearly and enjoy talking to people Big plus

• Experience selling B2B SaaS products • Experience in HR tech, recruitment, staffing or other HR-related services • An existing network among recruiters, talent acquisition or HR leaders • Experience in the Nordic or wider European market • Other languages (e.g. Swedish, Norwegian, Polish) What we offer

  • •A key early role with real ownership and a direct impact on the company's growth
  • •A small team: short decision loops, no bureaucracy, and you work directly with the founders
  • •Flexible hours and remote approach
  • •The chance to grow with the company as the commercial team grows
